I had a very delicate OVI case involving my child. I consulted with an highly accredited attorney known for DUI/OVI cases in my hometown by recommendation from a friend. My experience working with Meredith O'Brien was outstanding. She and her office were always very helpful, and she was always accessible when there were any concerns. She answered my calls immediately. She gave me step by step instructions for every development of the case. I retained her for assistance with an OVI case in which I clearly had passed all field sobriety tests but refused the breathalyzer test. She understands the seriousness of an OVI charge, and she can be trusted to handle the case on your behalf. She has the credentials and knows her business, and that is to get you the best results. The process was resolved in a reasonable frame. She represented my case in which I had to appear only once in the court of law. At that time, she was able to research and show extensive evidence how my case was improperly handed from the moment I was pulled over by a State Trooper. The OVI charge was dismissed, my license was reinstated without fees and it is not on my record.

Meredith did a wonderful job with my traffic violation, she was able to get it dropped down to a minor violation. I did not receive any points on license, a small fine and court costs. She did great getting back to me in a timely matter and was very informative. She was very friendly and upbeat.

Meredith is a great lawyer and a great person. I was going thru the most difficult time in my life and Meredith did a great job and I'm very happy with her services. She does very well in explaining everything so its easy to understand and treated me with compassion and respect and I'm very thankful for her being there for me.

All the reviewers here are hired by Joe Patituce and so fake. Joe cares about nothing but money. No client is his priority. Most of the work was done by his incapable assistant Catherine. He can't deliver what he promised. Joe is simply the worst attorney ever and is completely non-reachable! He almost ruined my life. I shouldn't have trusted him in the first place. I believed in the unreal comments online. His wife had baby, and they need to make profit to buy formula. That's what they are doing. The front-desk robot lady will be the only one you talk to if you hire Joe.

Was able to get my traffic ticket reduced for me.
