Writing reviews is not my thing, but this office is worth writing a review about. I mostly delt with Angela Schumaker and Charles Boyok. This office has been nothing short of amazing. The firm/staff are so professional, kind and helpful. The offices are super nice and welcoming. Having a comfortable office is super important to ease your mind when you have meetings or depositions. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it was working with Angela throughout some of the toughest times in my life. Angela made sure I was informed constantly of my case, even checking in with me monthly. She basically hand held me for years through this process. The kindness, understanding, and compassion she showed me through this whole process can never be repayed. Angie was always available to me, returning voice-mails promptly, and answering my thousands of questions. I am so grateful my lawyer Charles Boyok for all the hard work, negotiations and would highly recommend him for anyone going through this. I am especially grateful he assigned Angie to be my point of contact for my case. Thank you Angela Schumaker for all you did for me! If you are reading this review, they are worth it.

My experience with this Law Firm would not of been as great of an experience if it hadn’t been for Cynthia Walborn. Mrs. Walborn is professional, caring, considerate, compassionate, kind, and extremely hard working. In all honesty I would not have continued with Attorney Charles Boyk had it not been for his Assistant, Mrs, Walborn! This Woman is definitely an Asset, and should be treated as one! Thank u Cynthia for all you did for my case, and most importantly for caring as if this case was personally yours:) I appreciate you immensely!!

100% satisfied with the way Charles and his team handled my motorcycle accident case. From Charles coming to see me in the ICU, to his team keeping me up to date on what was going on. Especially Cory, who always took the time to answer any question I may have had... The only issue I have had through the whole process, is the lack of a returned phone call after leaving two messages to supply them with my banking information to deposit the settlement... If not for that one issue, I would have gladly rated them 5 stars.

met Andrea in December 2019 with my husband from a car accident that occurred on December 18, 2019. She sat down with me and my husband and explain the entire process of what was going to take place. She explained the paperwork that we were signing, and she advised me not to worry that they will take care of everything. Two days before my surgery her office called and checked up on me and also did a follow up after answering questions that I may have. Adrian always contacted me or her paralegal. I was recommended by a friend to go to Charles Boyk, and I was very pleased that I did. They were very understanding, and extremely helpful. If I didn’t understand something, they would explain it ,so That I did. They made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about.. My lawyer Mike Bruno was a pleasant man, and I just knew that he would take care of everything, and His assistant Sara was truly amazing.
