I feel they didn't take the time or care about what happen to myself

I could not be happier with my experience with this office! Michael Bruno and staff were nothing short of courteous, kind, and understanding. I felt comfortable, informed and confident knowing they had my back. This office stayed in contact, kept up on my doctor appointments and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. I obtained Charles Boyk to have a work release reversed. Instead, he looked to settle with McDonald's for $15,000 closing my case. I needed to heal properly, instead, he told ME he thought I just wanted some money. Money doesn't heal anything Periodt. Boyk was very demeaning. He does well with the bike runs, but if the wrong complexion walk in you will become a back burner. In town attorneys appear to be in bed with in town companies and certain individuals will be kucked over. Now statute of limitations have expired leaving me limping and in pain.

I am a small business owner and have used Charles Boyk Law Offices in the past for personal and business matters. Because Chuck and his staff had already earned my trust, I contacted Chuck after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. One morning, I was on my way to work on my motorcycle when a vehicle turned in front of me. I sustained very serious injuries and was transported to the ER. When I was able, I contacted Chuck and he came to the hospital the next day to check on me and assure me that he and his staff would be able to help with all matters involving the accident. Chuck and the team he assembled handled everything! They were always right there for me whether it was for legal purposes, health purposes, or moral support. They were there! The team I dealt with consisted of Chuck, Lisa, Emily, and Amy. They assured me that whatever the need, they would have it taken care of, and they did. The end result of all the time and energy they spent on my case came out with very satisfying results. I received the full value of my motorcycle and the full policy limits from the insurance company. I absolutely didn’t have to do anything! There is one more thing I have to tip my hat to them for. One morning, after a meeting with Chuck at his downtown office, my girlfriend and I left and went to the attached parking garage and her car would not start. We called AAA, but I only had 45 minutes before I had to be at work. I called Chuck’s office and explained the situation to Emily and she immediately told me she would take care of us. Within minutes, Amy was there with her car to take me to work. She then returned to the parking garage and stayed with my girlfriend until AAA arrived. For all I went through, these people were my rock! I highly recommend Charles Boyk Law Office, I really can’t say enough for these people!

I have been dealing with Charles Boyk over the years. This visit was for my son who was in a car accident that an elderly lady pulled out in front of him sending him to the hospital. I had dealt with Mr. Boyk 10 years earlier when I was in an accident he did such a good job that it stuck with me a decade. Not to mention he is also very involved with the community. That's a whole story in itself.
