Very Friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST. Always informed me of my options in court and the cost!, which took over a one year. ALWAYS called me back within hours! ( not days) Unfortunately hired another attorney for same legal advice n was never given the PROFESSIONAL advice!! As I received from attorney Ms. Kirby. I first sought out Cindy because she is a representative of the LGBT+ community. During the time when Cindy was working my case she communicated with me clearly on what my options were and what would be the course of action, both legally and financially. I am trans but haven't had a legal change yet but she stressed numerous times to the court and other lawyer what my preferred pronouns and name is, which made me feel very well respected. Going through a custody battle is a situation no one wants to be in. If you find yourself in that situation you want to be sure to hire someone who is knowledgeable, who will be a strong advocate and someone who will work incredibly hard for you. I cannot emphasize enough how valuable and important Cindy‘s legal advice and representation were in my child custody case. Cindy was the epitome of professionalism and offered wonderful advice, support, and representation for the duration of my child support case. She was incredibly responsive, detailed, and very aware of the law and tactics to best suit my situation. She enabled me to keep my son from being moved to another state which would have been devastating. Not only did she offer strong representation, but she also offered advice and helped as parts of my legal situation were incredibly challenging and emotionally taxing. Cindy provided amazing representation during an incredibly tough time and I am confident she was the best attorney I could have hired. Although I hope I do not have any further need, I would absolutely hire Cindy again and have recommended her to friends who have needed strong and professional legal representation. I wish I could give her more stars because Cindy truly goes the distance. My divorce and custody was the messiest situation imaginable, but Cindy handled things masterfully. I felt like I was her only client with how much care and time she devoted to my case. She was able to negotiate for more favorable outcome than I ever thought possible. Cindy is a steadfast lawyer who always took the time to explain legal pros and cons. I hope to never need her services again but you’d better believe I’ll be calling her if I do.
