Cindy Kirby had helped me with a complex legal case. She was amazing! She made the complex simple, she was very responsive to my needs and gave intelligent guidance. In addition this legal office is like the concierge of top notch legal service in northwest ohio....Very highly recommended.

Mrs. Kirby is amazing. She was kind, caring and treated me with respect. She listened to me and answered any and all questions quickly and thoroughly. Divorce isn't easy, even when it's necessary, and Mrs. Kirby really treated it as the delicate issue it is. She's a wonderful person and I'm very grateful for her and her services.

Cindy was professional. She knew this process is not easy and emotional. She explained the usual process very well and answered all of my questions. I say usual because with COVID there were some events that didn't quite go like they usually do. Cindy has the client first mentality. I think my case (so very amicable with my ex wife) isn't the norm so having said that there were some suggestions from Cindy I didn't go with. Cindy is very up front with the money portion and told me this ... and I can't stress this enough ... if you want to save money with her and the other potential lawyer, you must take the time to figure out details with your soon to be ex. If you have to clear every question/answer/opinion with the lawyer, the costs can add up quickly. Cindy's monthly billing was accurate (and I am one to check these kinds of things). Cindy responded to my emails timely and took my calls (don't remember really calling much). When I was with her in person and someone else called, she politely told me to hold that thought, answered the phone and let the other person know she was with a client and would call them back. I hope I don't have to use another lawyer, but if I do (even if it's not her field of expertise), I would ask Cindy for her point of view.

Cindy is very responsive. For example, she answeres her phone on Christmas to answer my questions and advise. She is more than just a lawyer; she is also a counselor that showed me compassion. She guided me and helped me change my entire mindset toward my sons mother. Due to her counseling, I learned to talk with my sons mother that didn't end in a fight. My ability to talk with my sons mother eventually lead to Cindy winning my court case and getting me 50:50 custody. When she takes you on as a client she takes care of you.

Cindy was prompt for appointment times and always prepared. She is fair but a hard negotiator and I would absolutely hire her for my all my future divorces. I'm thinking about getting married again just to send her more business.
