He is very professional and does a great job!

I love this guy, I would highly and have highly recommended Eric. Helped me out with my custody and support case. He is very calm and collected, which is very helpful in these stressful situations. I always felt better about things after talking to him. He pretty much predicted the entire case due to experience. Thanks again Eric

I highly recommend Eric Anderson as an attorney because of his character, integrity, trustworthiness and honesty. During the darkest and most painful days of my life, he helped me through divorce after 21 years of marriage. Today, I am living the best and most joyful days of my life, and I credit Eric for being one of the heroes who helped me through the darkest days. Also, when I fought cancer and needed to update my will, Eric cared enough to compassionately pray for me and my healing.

After a long and tedious 3 year battle, Eric was able to convince the courts to grant my husband full custody of my step daughter. He was thoughtful, understanding, and very knowledgeable of the process and the courts. He was patient to explain everything we needed to know and thoughtful enough to include me (as step mom) in all conversations pertaining to the case (with my husband’s permission of course). I would recommend him to anyone especially if you are fighting for custody!

We used Eric as our attorney when my ex-fiance started blaming me for false child abuse. After a long 3 year court battle, Eric was able to convince the courts to grant me full custody of my daughter. It is almost unheard of in Hamilton County to have a child go from moms house to dads house but with Eric as my attorney - they granted me full custody! He communicated regularly and clearly. He never sugar coated anything and made sure I understood exactly what was going on throughout the case. Eric was also very encouraging and patient and I could tell he had several years of experience. I highly recommend him to anyone going through family court!

Eric Anderson went above and beyond for me in my divorce. Even after when my ex-husband stopped paying alimony, it was corrected promptly through the court. I recommend him highly for all legal services!

Awful! I paid him via check and the check came back returned due to an error on my part. Instead of attempting to get the payment via my credit card, he sent the check via SNAIL MAIL to my home with a hand written note stating he's not going to represent me due to this ONE ERROR but will be keeping all other moneys on my account that I had paid. Wrote in the note "your paperwork and documents are at the front desk for you to pickup" I tried desperately to call him, I emailed him, text him etc. to work something out as I had met with him 3 times already and he had filed motions for my case already. He would not even respond or acknowledge me. Just took my money and quit....

He decided to withdraw his services half way through my case after doing almost nothing good, and a ton wrong including violating my Attorney Client Privilege. He refused to act on my behalf as I requested. He is also attempting to take tall the money I paid him. Absolute scum. Would NEVER recommend to anyone I liked, would ALWAYS recommend to those I hate.

Jennifer is a straightforward lawyer with fair honest advice, which seems to be rare to find. She is extremely smart, knowledgeable and just trustworthy and also will not charge more than she says!

I read the book ten stupid mistakes men make when they face divorce. I interviewed four attorneys. Jennifer was the last one and I almost skipped it because I had ran late from work and she had to go to court but we talked on the phone. Then she turned out to be the one that answered all of my questions and I felt the best connection with. She's great and knows the court system and people involved well. She keeps it real and tries to save you money. She communicates a lot and is pretty much always available. I learned you have to do your part also and stay on top of things and ask all the questions you need too. It's a team effort but she's your greatest advocate and wants you to win in every way. She's effective at negotiation and will keep you focused on a realistic and money saving settlement. Pleasure working with her and she's generally just a nice and cool person also. I hope I never have to use her again😆😆 but I wouldn't hesitate.
