When I got charged with this dui couple days before Christmas I thought everything was over. I was so stressed and needless to say the holidays were a mess. But Jeremiah is THE DUDE that helped me through this stressful period and got the charges dropped/reduced. He exactly made it happen what he walked me through in our very first call. Myself and the family are forever grateful to what you did. Keep rocking!!!

I was startle when I saw how attorney Eric Anderson represented me in my child support case. Allegedly I was left with many questions like, at his age I thought he has a lot of experience, what area of practice is he good at?; is it child support or some other criminal cases, does he have any clue how to fight for his client in the court? My defendant came to the court with one-year w2 and no more any financial support documents. The magistrate asked whether he is okey with this w2 and Mr. Eric responded yes. I asked him why he do not ask for more documents to validate and verify the income used for defendant is correct. He told me what matters my income documents is not defendant. Neither did he question my defendant nor I to help my case. He truly hurt my case and make think worser than it was before. when the court was over, I asked him what he think what the outcome will be. Mr. Eric respond is 'let us wait and see'. My child support went higher by a lot than what administrative hearing agency came up with. I will never suggest anyone to use this man for child support case or never will I use him. I am always ready to provide to anyone interested the Audio CD to play and here what happen in that court room.

Jennifer Curtis is the best attorney I ever had. She helped me soo much. I am sooo grateful for her. She worked day in and day out on my child custody case to make sure I received everything I wanted. And I did receive everything I wanted in the end!! Eric represented me for 6-7 months though a custody case. He received a $2000 retainer that “would get me through trial.” After two pretrial hearings, I was informed I “used all of my retainer and would need to pay more before we went to trial.” He knew this despite not having a billable hour statement. He did end up providing a statement….15 months later. I was told the guardian ad litem fee would be “only $750”. I even took screenshots of the county website stating that it was a $750 deposit and I was assured it was only $750. To date I have been responsible for $2900 In Guardian ad litem fees. He was careless and lacked the integrity needed to deal with family court. These discrepancies and the fact I was being taken advantage of wasn’t apparent until I hired different counsel and these things were pointed out.
