Before Margaret Wong, I have a different immigration attorney looking into my case. The other attorney not only gave my family terrible advice but also dragged my case on for years without going anywhere. I was lucky my sister recommended me to Margaret Wong. I want to mention Lily Wu, who has kept me up to date and worked with me throughout the process. She responded to all my emails and phone call within a day. I paid $300 for a consultation and no one called me on the schedule time and date. They are very nice in the beginning as soon as they receive the money they become very rude as if you are a burden. I called them three times to ask when will I speak with a lawyer. Oh she is busy right now with a client, as if I’m not a client as well. They are very unprofessional, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Send me back my money, because you didn’t do any work, nothing at all. A simple call you couldn’t honor and you think I’m going to trust you with my case. Give me back my money. Become available? I paid you $300 for a consultation in a certain date after a particular time. You took my hard working money and didn't provide the services you promised. If you knew you were not going to do the service paid for you should have never taken my hard earn money. I have two children in diapers to feed. $300 is no joke. I could have utilized it somewhere else. Do not waste your time and money with them. They have no respect for people. I am not going to tell you how to do your job but if you are taking people money do the job. Do not make the same mistake I did.
