After being injured by a bouncer outside a Put In Bay bar, I went with the first attorney that said he would represent me. That turned out to be huge mistake. After 3 years of little to no replies about my case, I thought the case was over, then I received an email from my attorney telling me there was a deposition scheduled. I went through the deposition with almost no input from my "attorney" he told me he didn't have time to represent me. I contacted approximately 8 attorneys and they all told me it wasn't worth it to them. I contacted Tom Robenalt and he said he would consult with John Calon who is a fine attorney himself. They decided to take my case. They ultimately recovered a decent settlement, which worked out well for all, considering the mistakes my first attorney made. Go with these guys. They work as a team. They will fight for you.

I had an appointment with Atty. Robenalt, the appointment was cancelled due to a family emergency on his part. The problem is no one from his office thought it would be a good idea to cancel our appointment. I found out he was out due to the emergency because I sent an email confirming our appointment. Now I completely understand emergencies, so I rescheduled an appointment with him. He was suppose to be here at 3pm today, here it is 3:25 pm and not so much as a phone call from him. Would I hire Atty. Robenalt? that would be a resounding NO. If he can't keep a simple client appointment what's going to happen when he has to court?

Didn't even bother to return my call. Great way to treat people Robenalt Law!! For the record I called the whole week before the holiday weekend.

I had posted a somewhat negative review, but John Colan has been handling my case and I really like him. I can't say anything bad about him. I will know later how effective he is, but we've had some success so far. Give them a call if u r in need of a competent attorney.
