We had originally talk the Mike about setting up estate planning for both my dad and mom several years ago. But during the process things progressed quickly with my dad and was not able to complete the whole process due to his passing. After some time passed my sister's and I got with Mike again to get Veterans Benefits for my mom to help pay for her rising health care. Dealing with Mike and Courtney was very easy. They truly care about my mom and family. Our mom started slipping into dementia/Alzheimer's and she ended up in a facility. The veterans benefits really helped and is still helping pay for our mothers care. We are grateful for the work that Mike and Courtney done for our mother. I would highly recommend them to anyone that was or is in the same position that we were. Thanks for all your hard and thorough work!

Never returned any of my calls

I originally attended one of Michael’s seminars at our local library to gain information to help my parents (and I highly recommend his seminars). I did not understand it all so attended another one a few months later. Things started to click and I hired Michael to help obtain veteran benefits for my dad. Sadly, my dad passed away before the process was completed. But to say Michael and Courtney were helpful is putting it mildly. They helped stop the process at this point. Needless to say, after being the sole administrator to all my family members, I knew I did not want to leave this overwhelming job to my own children. Michael (and Courtney) helped us create our own family estate plan. It.was.worth.every.penny!

My family and I finally decided to tackle the business of trusts to protect my mother's assets as we had been avoiding this for some time. The legal complexities and personal decisions seemed as if they would be overwhelming....and that certainly would be the case without competent legal guidance. Our first face-to-face encounter with Michael Bryan convinced us that we should not delay the process. We were given all the literature written by Michael that I think one could possibly need to explain the different aspects of trusts and guide one's family thorough the whole process. Michael and his staff are easy going and glad to answer questions along the way. I highly recommend him.
