I first discovered Attorney Michael Bryan at a seminar held by our local Senior Citizen Center regarding Elder Law, preserving assets, Medicaid and nursing home costs, Veterans benefits and the like. His presentation was very informative and impressive. I ultimately hired Attorney Bryan to handle several matters regarding my elderly parents, both of whom eventually ended up in a nursing home under Medicaid/Medicare. Attorney Bryan’s expertise and knowledgeable staff regarding the legislation helped our family preserve a sum of money that otherwise would have been completely lost to Medicaid Estate Recovery. Not only did I find him exceptionally competent and intelligent, but also empathetic and sensitive to what can frequently be delicate circumstances. Attorney Michael Bryan definitely sets the bar.

Not the best place that anyone should find yourselves being to avoid troubles or life issues

They were quick to get back to me and no other lawyer in the town was, save Scott Patterson. We just chose to go with Stubbins because my Dad knows him, respects him very much and believes he is a very good lawyer. An OVI is what this case is all about and they (this office) did NOT HESITATE to get involved, start giving legal advice over the phone without receiving a penny yet and really helped us to stop being so terrified and upset. And it's now been 24 hours and we haven't even heard a word from 3 other attorneys we called. I would recommend anyone who is facing trouble to give them a call and just talk it out. Too much money, and the attorneys on my case kept postponing my title research. I was told it would cost around five thousand dollars, The cost was outrageous about 4 times that amount, for something I was already in line to get, I was pushed to give in for a deal and everyone lost. In the end the oil companies had been here offered money. And left because of deadlines for leases. So much for expedient work.

Mike is a very responsive and capable attorney. He is very compassionate and caring towards his clients, who are often elderly. Mike handled my parents' issues with great skill and effectiveness. I recommend him for any elder law issues that you might encounter.
