This "attorney" originally told me $750 in a total to take the entire case. Then he told me that he charges more for a trial. It says he's a trial attorney. Once I told him that he told me that he was gonna take the case for $750 and that we had signed a contract; he withdrew from my case. I've never heard of that. It sounds illegal. He didn't refund my money either.

Horrible attorney. Doesn't keep in contact with his clients. Someone had told me that when I had inquired about his services. I went ahead and hired him, because he was decently priced. Not only did he tell me that I needed to "figure out what I was going to say in court"(on a misdemeanor case); he withdrew from my case after accepting the retainer fee, and majority of the payment for the case. He withdrew the month of my trial without even contacting me. I received a letter from the court about his withdrawal. Shady businessman.
