I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in February of 2016, while on the job. I was hit by another vehicle who came left of center. I ended up having my right shoulder operated on twice for a torn rotator cuff. Mr. Finerty and his staff helped me settle my worker's compensation claim. He also helped me settle my claim with my insurance company. He returned my phone calls promptly and kept me well informed. I would use him again.

Not really his fault the laws have been altered in such a way to punish you for getting hurt on the job . But Mike Finery and his staff will get the best possible settlement, he got me more than the new way would of let me

I don't know if our case fell through the cracks or if they are to busy to bother with us. My fiancé and I called multiple times about setting a consultation for an appeal. We spoke to two separate people and was told we would be contacted shortly about our case and after multiple calls and three weeks we have yet to hear anything or be seen.

Open by appointment only. I was at his office correct time and place. Door locked. I called office, no answer. Left message, no return phone call.
