Mike handled a worker's comp case for me and did an excellent job! He and his staff were very professional, answered all of my questions and kept me updated in a very timely manner. Mike definitely kept my best interest in mind. I highly recommend Mike Finerty!

This was the Best decision I have ever made. I thought I could file Worker's Comp. on my own. Never had to before. They denied me. The next steps were so confusing. Michael and his staff are so friendly and kept me posted through out the process. I could call and talk to him or one of the girls would take a message or answer the question if they could. I felt like he had my best interest in mind. He is very knowledgeable and told me what I could expect of the process. I will use him again if I have anything else he can help me with. I also won't hesitate to refer anyone to him.

Finerty helped me on my accident case which was very difficult because of so many different doctors involved. Finerty also helped me get the best settlement possible. Finerty and his staff are all very professional and helpful. If needed representation in the future would choose Finerty again.

Finerty handled my case for a car wreck I was in which was not my fault. He did a great job handling my case which would have been very difficult for me to resolve on my own. He was able to resolve everything with the doctor bills and the other insurance company and it made everything easy for me and got it all settled. He did such a good job of handling everything when my daughter was in a wreck he was the only lawyer we would use for that as well.

Mr. Finerty came highly recommended to me by a well-known businessman in the community that I trust. I operate at a level of pretty high anxiety normally, and when I had my first meeting with him I asked him to please not string me along if he thought he could not win my case. At first it looked like disability would be out of the question. However with the research that he and his staff uncovered, it turns out that I have worked enough hours in my life to be eligible for my benefits. I haven't always gotten along with everybody at the hospital either and I suppose something like that can go against you in court...so Michael vary directly asked me some difficult questions and after answering them I felt so much better mentally. Facing up to some of my behavior of the hospital was not an easy thing to do. But I am so glad now that I did. I realized that I needed to stop taking opiate medication, at least on a daily basis and only in emergencies. I suffer more physical pain but my self-esteem has soared. I have literally put the rest of my life in his hands as to whether I will be living in a shelter or a small comfortable room/apt. I have never been rich and I do not wish to be now. However I do need to be able to pay my rent and utilities myself. I have been very fortunate to have a friend that has helped me but his health is degenerating quickly and in three months I am afraid of where I will be. as I said at the beginning I asked Mike to tell me right away if he thought he could not win the case either at hearing or in appeal. He has yet to give up on me... And I can't give up on him...nor do I want to. I do suffer from other physical and mental disabilities that I would rather not specify to, but he has never made me feel like a second-class citizen or unworthy of his time. I actually think his law secretary might be an AI because she is incredibly efficient and I have watched and listened to her well waiting to talk to him several times over the past few years. She never seems frazzled or stressed but at the same time she can literally handle 8 things at once accurately
