Dan Pond is absolutely amazing! He saved my son and grandson when the DA was determined to destroy them for a crime they didn’t commit and they had no evidence for. Dan fought them tooth and nail for months and they finally gave up and dismissed all charges. I don’t know what our family would’ve done without him. They also helped my daughter win a wrongful death case when she lost her husband. They have a large group of attorneys to cover any problems that come up. Our family will use Swain Law for any legal matters that ever come up.

Swain Law firm is the great of the greatest I had a family member charged with murder looking at life in prison but of course Swain Law Firm was hired for his Lawyers and he only received 2 years with time served and 2 years probation. I dont believe they actually care about your case or understand that life happens but when you are "behind" on payments (I made a payment every month) they will give you the advice that is most financially lucrative for them. Their advice gave me more hoops to jump through and costed me more money. Do not reccomend. Good luck in your endeavors!
