A friend recommended the Law Office of Tyler Barrett when she became aware of our problems with our existing trust. A former attorney has laid out the impact of our current trust that caused us great concerns. After visiting with Tyler and Matti we were greatly relieved as they offered a solution. I strongly recommend them to anybody who needs a trust or needs to resolve issues with an existing trust. They even offer a maintenance agreement for continued support in case new issues arise. They are super in every way!!

Recently I had the pleasure to work with the Law Office of Tyler R. Barrett, P.L.L.C. This was to create a Living Trust. A friend had referred me to this firm. The entire process only took about 4 visits as I recall and some emails and dropping off a few documents. The process was initiated by an in depth interview at no charge to make sure we were a good match. I appreciated meeting his wife, Matti, who served as office manager and was extremely pleasant! Tyler was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was impressed that they made an awesome team for creating trust documents. Tyler took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was pleased that once we agreed to proceed that there was an agreed upon fee and not a bunch of hourly charges for all actions necessary to create the trust. I thought the fee was very fair for the amount of time and effort that the document reflected. The gave me multiple copies including a master document in a portfolio and even one downloaded on a thumb-drive for safe keeping. The entire process took just about a month but could have taken less time if necessary. By the end I truly felt like I had 2 new friends. The process was very cordial and professional but still in such a way that confidence in them and friendship of a professional nature was developed. This was my first legal trust experience and it could not have gone better. Tyler and Matti receive my highest recommendation if you are in need of trust work or giving it consideration. It was so pleasant to do business with a small and personal Law Firm.

Tyler set up a trust for me as well as doing my will and guardianship paperwork for my young children. Tyler and Matti make an awesome team. Great communication, quick turnaround, and lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

We selected Tyler & Matti to handle our relatively simple probate case (my late father's estate), based at least partly on the positive reviews on Google. This review is yet another positive one. Since I was the only heir, and the estate itself wasn't overly complicated, the entire process went very smoothly. Both Tyler and Matti were very helpful throughout the process (even though the estate was "not complicated," the probate process was still somewhat alien to us, and we did have questions about some of the details). Tyler and Matti seemed to take a genuine interest in us as both clients and as people. That helped make an unpleasant situation much more bearable. We had dealt with a previous probate case (my partner's mother's estate) with a different law office (in Oklahoma County), and we felt that Tyler & Matti did a better job...and charged about the same fee.

I know Tyler and his wife from church and have always considered him a truly good person. After talking to him briefly about our situation, he was most generous and willing to proceed to assist us. Everyone always thinks their situation is a little different than others, as did I, but he was well-versed in knowing how to proceed so that we were able able move things along in a timely manner. He was very conscientious and caring throughout the process. And the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Tyler.

We hired Tyler to restate our trust that we had put in place several years ago. He was very professional and personable. We felt comfortable asking him questions and he gave us answers in a way that we could understand. His knowledge made us feel secure in hiring him for our restatement. He took care of our needs in a timely manner and we could not have been more pleased. Tyler and Mattie were both amazing to work with!

Having recently moved from California to Norman, our estate planning documents needed some reviewing and updating. I called a number of places locally and received a prompt and wonderful reply from Matti even when they were traveling out of town. I scheduled an initial appointment with Tyler and Matti and when we met it was like we were the only clients they ever had. We instantly connected and did not feel rushed whatsoever. We needed some estate planning services and had looked for a very long time in Norman - in the end were SO happy we chose Tyler and Matti. Before them, we had spoken with a few other estate planning places, which while excellent, were a bit more than we were looking for. Tyler and Matti made the process painless, tailored to our needs, and convenient. We did a zoom meeting, and then they also graciously put up with our 3 very young kids in their office while we went over details. They were professional, personable, and we truly felt comfortable and in very good hands with their help! I rarely write reviews, but am very happy to recommend this office. They manage to be down-to-earth but still highly professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. Don't hesitate!
