I engaged Mr. Barrett to handle the writing of a new will, to update a number of legal health care documents and for advice on Medicaid eligibility for myself given that I was making a large gift to my children. Mr. Barrett took care of all these matters with great skill and precision. He was very good at explaining how things worked, what the options were and what the ramifications of each option would likely be. His explanations of things were clear and free of legal jargon. He is very personable, friendly, and eager to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family or friends who have estate or elder law issues.

I am an attorney in Seattle, Washington. I was referred to attorney Tyler Barrett for guidance and assistance in transferring ownership of certain oil and mineral rights located in Oklahoma to an heir in an Estate pending in Washington.
