I needed legal advice on how I could use some investment properties I bought . I gave Viivd all the ordinances and paperwork I could find. Old school type lawyer...he is practicing law for the love of it. Ya just don't find these types anymore. Most are into the business for revenue. Mr. Niroula is not. Mr. Niroula was working on a real estate issue I had and unbeknownst to me showed up really late one Friday night at my office just to get a better understanding of the building complex. Lawyers just don't do those extra steps these days. I was amazed and surprised by his interest in me, his client.
This professional is exceptional!
