When our family needed legal advice and assistance within a moment's notice, Allison was there for us. I called three firms within our area, but not one responded. Allison answered the phone and offered her advice to me personally as soon as I called. She was able to help us de-escalate a bad experience with a shady and unprofessional local moving company, and she did so in less than half a day. Thank you, Allison! I called and talked to Allison after deciding to get divorced. She was a great listener and after hearing my situation, she advised me that she thought a couple of different attorneys would be a better fit for my case and gave me their phone numbers. I always got the sense that Allison had my best interest at heart, and she was very trustworthy and professional! She thoroughly explained the legal process and gave me great advice. I just called to ask one simple question. The guy that answered the phone was terribly rude and very dismissive. I didn’t even get to ask my question. Total turn off. That’s not how you start out doing business Sir you never know who you could be talking to. This looks so poorly on this law firm. I just said never mind and hung up.
There was a Gentleman that answered your phone rudely and called me back and left a message admitting he was rude. It would have been a better look to just apologize or not even reply rather then call me a liar. No I’m good. Wish you well.
