The second I met Allison, I knew she was the very best representation I was meant to have. The first time I met with her, she simply listened to me. She took in a lot of information and together we analyzed it, synthesized it and looked at every detail from many angles. She was assertive and honest; she listened to me and then gave me her opinions in the most respectful way. She was compassionate; showing me that she truly understood my situation and was going to be "all-in" in helping me. Her passion and dedication and integrity are absolutely top-notch. Her professionalism, empathy and calm demeanor offered a tremendous amount of comfort to me. Allison is absolutely brilliant and I am forever grateful to her. She will always be "5 stars" and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I have known Allison Hart for many years and she is a very competent attorney. Her only flaw as far as I can tell is that she cares too much about her clients and their situations. However with that in mind she works very hard to try to achieve the outcome they deserve. I have referred several clients to her and am more than happy to continue to do so in the future.

Allison is a great, experienced attorney and counselor. Keep in mind that as I say this I ended up paying most all of what my ex felt entitled to and I settled in mediation. However, my decisions were informed with a clear understanding of how the divorce and mediation process works. This is because Allison kept in touch and took the time to ensure I knew all of my options and the reasoning behind all that was happening during the process. Furthermore she was astonishingly up-front and truthful in her counsel, but she also lent an empathetic ear as a person who has been through her share of adversity. I found this tremendously helpful for coping with the fact that I was going to have to lose a big chunk of my a$$ets to my ex. The bottom line is, although every case may be different, Allison’s qualities likely make her an exceptional choice as your attorney for your case.

My first attorney was absolutely horrendous. Believe it or not he is now a county judge. I had no idea that he was on his way out as an attorney and did not care about his clients anymore and was about to become a judge when I hired him. Needless to say he messed things up for me and got me in somewhat of a hole. I got ahold of Allison and we basically both agreed that we were going to attempt the near impossible. Allison was able to take on my ex wife’s very experienced and very ruthless attorney with no problem. The GAL that we had was not really very ethical and it showed. When the GAL was on the stand Allison was able to make her look like a student setting in a law school class or something. She did such a good job that the judge basically completely overturned his first ruling that I received with the horrible attorney and he basically totally ignored the GAL‘s recommendation and gave me exactly what I asked for. I have dealt with multiple attorneys in my life and I can tell you right now, that Allison’s rates are very very very reasonable. Especially when you look at how experienced she is. As far as my experience with her goes, it was a very good one. 👍👍👍

Allison is knowledgeable and helpful. She was very patient with my questions that must have seemed very silly to her. We even shared a couple laughs in a was a very difficult personal time for me. Her reassurance was priceless. Thank you, Allison.
