You just don’t run into a husband and wife team like Tami and Tony anymore. They are so passionate about their jobs, and servicing their clients to the best of their ability. How special is it to have the Gould’s in your corner fighting for you.

I have known Tony for years. He is a very dedicated attorney and friend. He always has his clients’ best interest at heart. If I am ever in a situation where I need to retain a firm, Gould & Associates will be that firm. They are an upstanding group of professionals.

I did not have the impression that my case was a priority for Gould & Associates. Updates were very hard to come by throughout. I regularly had to leave messages, sometimes days in a row, to get a response from anyone. I would receive email copies of case documents without any kind of explanation or follow up. Gould & Associates’ ability to communicate the when, why and what to do next was lacking and deteriorated the confidence I initially had when I approached them with my case. It appears that they were more interested in getting money from me than recovering money for me.

Finding a good attorney is a difficult thing to do on its own. After calling several offices and speaking to so many rude secretaries, I found charlotte. She was more than a secretary in Brown & Flesch. She was genuinely concerned about my situation and tried her best to answer questions I had. Charlotte was able to get me in contact with Dane Flesch very quickly who started the process for my case immediately. His communication is immaculate and he has unbelievable patience. It was a difficult decision I made to go back to court after only a year of having been there but he always had my best interest in mind. He did not only provide me with MY best options but also what would be best for my ex and our son as a whole. There are many other great things I can say but not enough room to type. I will definitely be looking for Dane Flesch if I am ever in need of an attorney again! I highly recommend him he is excellent!
