I had got hurt at my job, Dan Davis and his assistant Kim Mullins have been absolutely amazing and actively communicating with me throughout the whole process and answering any questions i ask. They actually care about you, not just the case. I’m Very thankful for their help.

I mean where should I start? I was injured on the job mid to late April of this year at my former corporate delivery service company. The company wasn’t trying to give me my Workers Compensation. I contacted Dan Davis law, I remember his commercial when it use to air when I was younger. I didn’t even meet Dan until court or when we settled my case late October of 2023. But he is definitely down to earth kind of guy, firm and straightforward. I’m glad I hired him! Through out the months in the between time, Kim and Claudia were in constant communication with me about my appointments and etc. They were excellent and provided great service! There were some times, I was un sure about this process but I kept the faith! I would definitely recommend Dan Davis law firm to everyone! We were able to settle without speaking to a judge. He got me what I needed very much so I was surprised by the number they were willing to give me on the second offer but the first offer was too low!
