Worse place ever. I would never recommend them to a friend for an injury claim. They were only interested in helping me until I signed their paperwork,then I could barely get calls back weeks later! Then they dropped my case after a year and half of having to "beg" them for help or updates.

Bill was amazing, he kept me informed throughout the process and you could tell he actually cared I wasn’t just a number.

As with everything government related, they fought tooth and nail to drag my case out as long as they could. Roger just kept going and going and finally prevailed.
