I cannot recommend Travis Watkins Tax Resolution highly enough!! I was confused about all of the organizations involved, with OTC the IRS and their attorneys. So I sought out TWTR after hearing about them on the Sports Animal, and after OTC snagged my Federal return (Ouch). I worked with Maverick Rork, who is an expert on how the IRS/OTC work and is very knowledgeable about settlement applications and waiver requests. He helped me get on track immediately, and helped me get clear on exactly what needed to be done. Travis Watkins got directly involved at one point and it made a huge impact, and Really helped me out. I NEVER give 5 Star reviews, but I did to Travis Watkins and Maverick Rork.

I called today because I needed advice on IRS problems. My problems are not worth hiring an attorney. I just needed sound advice. I spoke to Cody McCart. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me good solutions to my IRS problems. I really appreciate Cody’s help; and if I ever am in a situation where I need legal representation (knock on wood that I don’t), I will definitely call back. Thank you.

My experience withTravis Watkins was very professional I’m very impressed I would highly recommend to anyone. I had my license revoked due to state taxes not filed 10 years ago. Therefore, not being able to renew my license was going to cause me to lose my job. I was struggling going back and forth with the state tax commission for over 5 months until I decided to ask for help. I reached out to Travis Watkins searched him on google search. I’m very glad I did. They’re very informative and patient I’m very grateful for there service. I would like to mention Annette very sweet patient and very attentive lady, I’m glad she walked me through the process, she was specific answering all my questions and I was able to resolve my problem that same day. I would not recommend this law firm ... they are crooked on there price... asked for help on a fairly routine case that was quoted 10 times the cost compared to every other law firm with in 300 miles.. I went went a different firm... and they asked me to remove this 1 star rating ... and give them a different one

I met with Maverick and explained my story, but I can explain here too. Maybe it will help someone. I am a business owner that hasn't paid their bill in a couple years to the IRS. I now have a revenue officer and he is not so friendly, to say the least. I received a letter for a levy and they were going to start taking money from me. I can't have that. I can barely survive now with Covid as it is. I heard Travis Watkins Tax on the radio and Googled the best tax attorney in the state. After reading the reviews of the other local firms, I knew who to see. His team listened to my story and laid out a plan of action to tackle my problem. I knew it wasn't going to be easy. The Revenue Officeer has backed off and is no longer contacting me. Travis Watkins team i know is working hard for a resolution and I can't wait to see the results. They are even handling my OTC balance as well! I can't be more excited to get this off my back. Travis Watkins' team is genuine and caring for people like me. If you are questioning to try this on your own, don't! It can be too late and then you have a revenue officer knocking on your door like me! Trust me. Call them.

This company was nothing but gracious and patient with me throughout the whole process. I came to them not knowing what to expect. I haven't filed 10+ years and the gentleman I met with explained to me the years that I needed to file and resolve. He said that the IRS filed for me and placed a balance on my account. He was correct. I owed a lot that I didn't really owe. They filed for me and lowered the amount I owe to the IRS completely. IT actually showed that I was due a refund! I know it took me forever to get the documents they needed, but it was well worth it and the hassle they had to do in order to keep me on my toes to get the documents to them. They are also very reasonably priced. Everyother tax attorney wanted me to sell my kidney. I am on Social Security now. I owned a business back then when I got in this mess. Each time they called me, everyone was super nice and just wanting my documents. One time, they even called to see how my day was because they knew "Lucy" my Schnauzer was sick and I had to miss a payment to take her to the vet. They are doing Gods work! Travis Watkins Tax understands the struggle that we go through and the reasoning of why I did not file. If you are in the same boat I was and unsure what is next, talk with them and see what they can do. It seems like they have a plan for anything that comes their way. I was very impressed with the associates of Travis Watkins law firm. I owed thousands of dollars to OTC and federal from not filing 6 years of tax returns. I was way in over my head. I watched a commercial on TV regarding how Travis Watkins could help me get out of this debt. I met with Maverick Rork from Travis Watkins and explained to him my situation. He was very professional and let me know up front how the entire process worked and to my surprise the fees were very reasonable. I went ahead and signed up for them to help me get out of debt. Fairly quick I received a phone call from Darrell Mori Who was assigned to my case. He asked me some questions and what I could afford as far as payments on my back taxes. He went right to work on my case. A couple of weeks later Maverick Rork and Darrell Mori called me to let me know that they had worked hard to get my payments exactly where they needed to be with OTC and Federal. I was so relieved that I made that phone call and now I could look towards the future. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. They made me feel like apart of their own family and now I don’t feel like I am way in over my head. There is light at the end on the tunnel now Thanks to the team at Travis Watkins. Didn’t help with my IRS case at all. Lied about discounting their price to get me to sign. if I did a video for them explaining how they helped me and my family. The virus put me out of work. I had to put a $5000 deposit down. I received no phone calls about the case just automated phone calls about More money. I couldn’t afford them from the virus. I tried to get my deposit back because I couldn’t afford to live or feed my family from the virus. They extort you if you try to cancel services by threatening to charge $600 hr. Not only did they keep the $5000. They sent me a bill for a additional $13000. They charged $175 for every automated phone call or text that was done. I would get 2 in one day or one of each in a day. Worst example of humans I’ve ever come in contact with.
