Need to change my initial review unfortunately. They dropped the ball completely and let our payment plan with IRS expire after we called and emailed every day asking if we needed to do anything before an IRS deadline. Not only did they tell us they handled it when it turned out they had not, they did not seem to care and did not even give us the correct information. They are either totally under staffed or they simply don't care. If something changes and my assessment turns out to be wrong I will adjust this rating but as of now hiring this firm hurt us with IRS more than helped us and I could not recommend them to anyone. I hope I can change this review if things change but as of now I do not have a lot of hope.

I have never given a negative review for anything, this is a first and these people are deserving of NO STAR. Do Not Do Business with this Firm... FRAUD: a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities. 1-Travis Watkins made claims and gave assurances regarding performance of an agreed upon objective that was never accomplished or even had any reasonable level of follow through. 2-When confronted (on many levels-corporate, legal, tax and even marketing) Travis Watkins made no attempt to address the issues or refund money paid when it became obvious that their firm was incapable of delivering on what was agreed upon. We are going through the Oklahoma Corporation Commission as well as Tulsa Small Claims Court to address this "company". Save yourself misery, time and money. They took $3,500 from my 83 year old mother a retired school teacher and did absolutely nothing for her!

Professional, informative, confident in meeting my tax needs.

I have been very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I had to call many times and received a timely call back only about 50% of the time. Computers are down over and over, moving offices, nobody is available, always in a meeting or won't be back till next week. Nobody tells us the same thing. I was so frustrated I called the IRS myself. In two hours I was able to get more accomplished than in the months since hiring this office. Totally disgusted. Lack of communication, they don't seem to care about the client. No way would I refer this company to anyone I know.

They were very pleasant to work with & was very efficient. We Highly recommend them, and will use there services again.

Great experience! Highly recommend!! Cheaper than most other preparers!
