Borrow the money from a guy named Snake and pay the IRS. You'll get better results than I did from Travis Watkins. They cost me over $9000 in penalties and interest by doing nothing. Below is a response from Travis Watkins. lt's a total lie. They didn't advise me on anything. I relied on them to handle the situation and they never NEVER reached out to me as to what was happening to the account while the penalties and interest kept piling up. If they are truly concerned about this, they will refund the $3500 I paid them. By the way, Travis Watkins Tax had time to respond to this review, but nobody from their office bothered to contact me. Stay away from this low life outfit at all costs.

Travis W. Watkins , help me FINALLY get this settled for me. They are an awesome firm. They stuck with me to END. I recommend working with Nicole Rosen. She is professional, understanding, and she made sure that you understand the paperwork. She was there with me until the end. If you are looking for a TAX Resolution firm. Do not look any further , this is the place.

This is a ripoff! If you owe back taxes DO NOT use them. They will take you for a long drawn out stressful ride, will charge you a ton of money to file your old back taxes try $750 a pop, won’t use any of your write offs, won’t help you with the IRS and will try to milk you dry. Your best bet is to just file your old taxes and work out a payment plan with the IRS. TW is a ripoff and that’s an understatement. Forgot to mention you’ll be passed around to several attorneys because they have a revolving door of attorneys. So each time someone touches your file it’s like they’re starting over from day one. the actual goal is to get your taxes back on track again and relieve you of stress. They do neither one.

Worse business in OKC, DO NOT USE THEM, they are a scam. I have had a case open since 2014 and I can’t get them to return my call or even acknowledge an email. They treat you like a King until you right the check.. DO NOT DO IT. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but have too..

It has taken me over a year to write this review. I’ve been too angry to express how I feel about the experience. I usually use tax software but due to a unique financial situation, I felt it would be safer to hire a tax professional to ensure I paid all the appropriate taxes. After much research, I chose this company. It was a HUGE mistake. Everything started fine. I was able to meet with one of their 'professionals' and describe the situation. She was more than willing to take my $1,000.00 retainer. I also signed a limited Power of Attorney to allow them to pull tax info and work with OKTC & the IRS on my behalf. It took longer than expected to pull my documentation together. When I first reached out to them to get started on the filing, it was already end of March/early April. They were too busy to meet with me and complete the task. They agreed to file extensions for me to give us more time. I agreed. Because I didn't get my docs together early enough (without any direction from them on dates), I accepted the fact that they were already booked up with clients who were more timely in getting things started. After the April deadline, I went back to them to get started on my file so that the penalties and interest would be less. I was put off every single time. When I asked to speak to one of the tax professionals, I was denied. The receptionist took numerous messages but I never received callbacks. I sent emails that went unanswered numerous times. I was required to submit documentation more than once. I tried a couple of times trying to meet with one of the tax pros (after more unanswered phone messages and emails). I sat in the lobby and watched other clients come in and be taken back to meet with tax pros. They may have had appointments but that's one of my complaints. The receptionist NEVER allowed me to make another appointment to meet with anyone in person! She took messages and told me how they were already working on my file or ask me what I wanted to discuss in the meeting and then ask me to email it to them. I was NOT allowed to speak to anyone else on the Tax team in person. They did get the IRS penalty minimized but the OK State penalties & interest could have been avoided if they had done their work in a more timely manner. Along the way, I tried to escalate multiple times and was put off or told someone would call me back. When I did speak with someone, they told me what they were going to do but I wouldn't hear or see anything until I called again. The follow-up was horrendous and the fact that the receptionist continued to be the go-between between me and the tax pros was extremely frustrating. I called to get the name of a manager or escalation point to handle my complaint & request to reimburse me for part of the penalties and interest I had to pay due to THEIR delays in finishing my returns. I was told "she" (receptionist wouldn't give a direct phone number or email address) was out of the office until after the holidays. Why? I tried again after the holidays but still received the run-around. Finally, I gave up. I really couldn't believe the way I was treated and how unprofessional the entire process had been. This company took my money and ultimately did what I contracted for them to do, but they should have contacted me to make things right. I was very clear that I was an unhappy customer due to their mishandling of my case. I'll never use this company again, but want to make sure others don't fall into the same situation. It was a totally unnecessary negative experience and I'm out of pocket money that would be in my account if it weren't for their mishandling of my case/file. I have all the documentation I need to show everything I've stated is true and happened. Please, look at other alternatives before selecting this company. I don't know why I was selected to get this treatment since they have so many satisfied customers. It will remain a great, unanswered disappointment. Good luck!

I give Travis Watkins beyond a poor rating because I ask them for a little help just to get th we penalties removed from what the IRS penalized me from them holding one year of my taxes for over 2 years, Travis Watkins told me they would get all of what I owed reduced but all I got was going from owing a little over $5000 to owing over $9000 so Travis Watkins can try and post whatever they want to try and make me look bad but the fact is that Travis Watkins only helped the IRS they got the IRS more money from me

The process was extremely easy, communication was great, results were fantastic!
