Stay away! This business is SHADY for clients and employees. Ran by family and their friends and have people doing work they have NO IDEA what they are doing. Legal tax documents being filed led by incompetent people for clients paying good money all to get rich quick scheme of TW’s new “investment” career with new Federal tax rebates. This is already proving to blow up in faces, just grab your popcorn, take your business elsewhere and watch from afar.

Amanda with the Tax Team was so helpful in getting my back taxes filed. It was a joy working with her. I received immediate and detailed help, guidance and assistance, too.

Amanda helped me complete my 2018-2020 business and personal taxes. She also helped me set up my S-corp election. I am grateful for the attention and service provided by this company. She was always responsive and answered my questions quickly. She made the process easy and less stressful. Lalei also was such a great help and joy to work with. I can't thank them enough, from the consultant to the attorney. The whole process what relieving. If you hire them, stay patient and trust them. They will get things done for you that no one has for me in the past with other companies. Travis and his team saved me $98K! All I could afford was $600 and they got an offer approved for $496.00! I will recommend them to anyone I know.

I just received 6 checks from the IRS by using Travis Watkins Tax to do the Employee Retention Credit. Total received was over $465,000! If you own a business, call them!

PREDATORS! Paid them to do our taxes and they produced NOTHING, except inaccurate returns! They captured 2 out of 12 months of our business’ income on returns, added unemployment to my personal return (Never filed for unemployment in my life) and No one answers the phone, calls you back, answers emails to discuss these major discrepancies. I emailed them at least 20 times asking for updates and stating the returns they produced were wrong and inaccurate and that they were missing income and other valuable information, and I won’t sign it because it’s wrong. No one responds to you, and then 2-3 weeks go by and I get an email from them stating they produced a return 2-3 weeks ago and are awaiting my signature!! Such a joke and waste of my time and money. Their departments don’t communicate with each other and this company has no interest in helping their clients, only taking their money and making false promises.
