Glitchy website that would not work with windows 10 or on iPhone X. I spent 40 minutes on the phone doing the initial intake since there was no technical support. Since the second appointment was missed due to issues with site, I was scheduled a second appointment at 4:30. I called three minutes early and hung on or about 4:30 as she wasn’t available. I received a call at 4:47. I was then told that the attorney case load was full after first receiving my 100 dollar payment and then giving a brief detail of my case. I was told the manager may approve my case despite this fact. I was also told to bring a copy of my employee handbook. The firm closes at 5:00, so I went to drop off my employee handbook the next day. I was told after waiting they wouldn’t be retaining me as a client. I have audio and photographic proof to corroborate every detail of my case. I have over a year of audio on my phone. You be the judge. Key points: 1.)the appointment was late for 100 dollars; 2.)the attorney could of stated the case load was full before greedily taking my money; lastly, 3.) either the handbook wasn’t a necessary piece of evidence and my time and gas money was wasted, or it was and the firm came to a premature decision without all necessary facts.
