I have apt Friday does this place do child custody? Update: I have checked this place out they are amazing and will have your back to the fullest I liked the attorney I met he really got to the point I highly recommend this place if you need and attorney set up an appointment!

Sanjani “Ann” Zachariah is an amazing attorney and I recommend her to anyone who is dealing with custody or anything else she specializes in because she is probably the best attorney in the state. She’s fearless and means business. She works hard and truly cares and wants the best on top of being an amazing attorney. I have her to thank for being able to have my son now. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough. I don’t think I’ll ever have the right words to describe how amazing she is for what she did for me, my son, and my case. My son and I have never been better and I know it wouldn’t be if it hadn’t been for Sanjani. She took my guardianship case with less than a month for us to prepare for the first court date. I know she worked late/extra hours for my case and she really went the extra mile for me for both court dates. She truly cared about me and my case through the whole process which was very reassuring during the most stressful three months of my life. Despite the time crunch she worked hard to make sure we were prepared at that first court date and the second one. So prepared she made the other attorney look like it was his first day in court. You should’ve seen him sweat when she handed him our huge stack of evidence. And her rebuttals were amazing. My favorite being the opposing attorney arguing me moving away would take my child from everyone he knows and loves and Sanjani stops him mid sentence and says “What?? You want her to live within a certain radius??” And he was just about speechless after that. She didn’t have to say or do much to make it known to the opposing side they didn’t have a leg to stand on. The opposing attorney got to go first when the judge came in and from the first second he was floundering, stuttering, tripping over his words. He knew his arguments were weak and Sanjani made sure everyone else knew too when she had her turn to speak. She’s fearless and dedicated. I know she worked hard and after hours on my case. I know she truly cared and wanted the right thing. She was upfront and honest with me, which kept me in line. The frivolous temporary guardianship was terminated within three months. The opposing attorney was offering to settle before the three months was even up and we had the second court date. If the other attorneys at this firm are even half as good as Sanjani then they must be pretty great too because Sanjani has set a very high bar. If I ever need another attorney, I’ll be coming to this firm first. If I could have Sanjani for all my legal problems I would but I know she can’t specialize in every legal matter even if she is the best attorney in the state.

Expensive

I really wanted to like this law firm. When I had a unique family law situation, they were the only law firm out of a dozen I contacted that were willing to help me on that issue. Unfortunately, that service was too expensive for me to be able to afford, but I understood because it is a unique situation that would have required some research. Months later, I am in the preventure process of starting a small business, and this law firm has left me out in the cold. After a few emails and un-returned phone calls, I finally managed to get someone on the phone to schedule a consultation. They sent me the employment law form instead of the business law form. I sent two more emails further explaining the situation, but unfortunately, I was never sent the correct form. I waited until 3pm the business day before my morning appointment. Rather than paying another consultation fee, or trying to chase down someone on the phone again, I will be seeking counsel elsewhere. If they do not have the time to take me on as a client, I completely understand, however that is something I would have liked to have been told that before making so much one-sided effort to make contact, so I wouldn't be wasting my time.

I don't recommend. I was given some poor advice. I was supposed to meet with a senior attorney and was assigned a junior attorney. Not a bad attorney, but really couldn't answer my questions and painted a bleak picture. Felt like she wasn't on my side and wouldn't fight for me had I hired her. Very expensive services as well. I think there are better choices out there. Fortunately, I ended up not needing theirs or any other legal services.
