What a wonderful experience! My process was handled swiftly and was very efficiently. My lawyer very reasonable and level headed compared to other attorneys. She (Allford) was very approachable and kept me aware of my case at all times. I was always in the know and that made me feel very comfortable in choosing her. At this firm, I encountered one, Antonio church with my immigration case. All he told me is that the firm was unable to handle my case and I should go and present myself to immigration for deportation. I sought another seasoned lawyer who solved my case, effectively.

My experience can be summed up in one word: unprofessional.

The first time I tried calling, someone answered the phone but didn't say anything. After a few seconds, I heard some shuffling noises and then the line clicked. They hung up on me without saying anything. I called back a second time and after ringing for quite a while, someone finally picked up. I described my situation and she said they wouldn't be able to help me, so I asked one last question and she just said "I dont know," and I said "Okay, thank you for your help." Click. Hung up on me again without a word back. Very, very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't seek this law firm out again if they were the last firm on earth.

Working with Katherine was wonderful! She went above and beyond on a severance package that I was offered and needed counsel on; it took less than 2 weeks to get the matter resolved and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The process is daunting but Casey, who answered the phone when I called, was always to kind and helpful. I’ve never gone through a process like this and everyone made it easy. There’s a reason that Katherine is one of the best employment attorneys in the metro!

Great attorney and great service.

Called their main number 4 times and got dropped into a weird voicemail tree afterwards thst started reading off extensions and names. Left a couple of voicemails and I'm still waiting. I'm sure theyre busy but if you're not after new clients perhaps tone down the ads in rotation.
