My experience with Luke Homen Law Form was great! The staff was excellent from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable on handling bankruptcies. They kept in touch with me every step of the way until the debt was discharged and they have resources to help you build your credit back up after a bankruptcy. I highly recommend them!

Filed Chapter 13 thru Luke Homen Law back in August. Saved my house from foreclosure and eliminated all my unsecured debts at no cost since my VA disability income is protected. While I highly recommend for anyone else, I hope I never have to use their services again in the future.

Luke Homen’s office and staff did a great job! They answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner, and if they didn’t know they found out. I continue to tell others that are suffering with hardship to give them a call. The process was easy for me and they acted fast with the everything. I did the entire process virtually and by phone. Great company and really easy to work with. I’ve had some issues navigating things after the bankruptcy and they have been there for me every step of the way. They even went after a creditor after the discharge for continuing to try and collect the debt and won a settlement for me. Highly recommend this company.
