Great people ********Great job

Everyone in this office is absolutely wonderful with communication, answers questions promptly, and provides answers in a clear and concise manner that is easy to understand. Easily the best experience I could possibly ask for.

At first I thought it was all great but here I am 8-9 months later getting bills from that were from before my bankruptcy. Bills that i brought into the office myself to have added and nobody at the office will call and take care of it. They tell me I have to do it myself. Mr. Kania told me I shouldn't get any more bills or calls from collectors or I should tell them to call him but nothing is being done. All of my medical, labs, and imaging I am still being billed for. Very unhappy! It was supposed to be a fresh start and I payed them to do the job! Same thing happened to my mother. One of my bills actually went to collections and I had no idea until it was too late. I had to send them the discharge and hopefully it gets taken care of. :(

I want to thank all of them. They took care of what I needed done.

Everyone was super helpful, nice, and patient. Micha was especially helpful in getting me what I needed. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Mr Kania was very friendly and welcoming. He was there to answer any questions and to set my mind at rest. He has a great demeanor! His staff was amazing. Michaela was great! She helped me gather information and guided me through questions I had. Kim was wonderful as well. She made what I thought was going to be a long drawn out process go quick and smoothly! Doug was very helpful and reassuring when finalizing the process as well. He knew I was nervous, but he had my back! I have to give Mr Kania and his staff an A++. I would highly recommend and, if necessary, I would use them again in the future!
