Knowledgeable attorneys

In my case kania was rude and inconsiderate. Doug Thomas was outplayed by the other lawyer every turn . No I would not recommend this law firm.

I called the office with a few questions and Mr. Kania answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. I really appreciated his help!

So i guess Mr Kania believes being rude and over talking a potential client is the way to get business. I was not even past saying hello before this man's horrible attitude was evident. As a member of the military law community it is my experience that this usually points to an insecure practitioner, and would believe he has no track with tough cases. Steer clear of these types. EDITED..... You have to love the response here, he made sure to say "Free" call in caps to indicate that since I didn't pay for the time on the call, I shouldn't expect kindness and respect. This guy doesn't know when to quit. Also, I already have a competent attorney, but thanks for the offer.

Terrible legal services, paid 6-700 total and Mr. Kania promised to show up personally and he was confident he would take care of my ticket. Instead of showing up he sent an ex prosecutor with me to multiple hearings, almost managed to get me a WORSE plea deal and failed to obtain body cam footage for me. DO NOT use this law firm, pretty sure they’re tied in with the municipal court to steal your money. They have a billboard right there after all

I wish I could give Charles kania a zero! He promises alot,but after you pay him he becomes rude and won't even speak to you. Don't waste your money.
