Catherine Welsch was condescending and rude. What an awful person. Find a firm that respects you cause you ain't finding it here!

Beware, these people are scammers! They will take your money and ghost you. Mrs. McGough and her team are nothing but crooks. 9/8 I apologize, I was referring to Catherine Welsh. I didn't get to familiarize myself with this firm's attorneys due to the lack of communication after our initial payment. You underestimate how a bad experience could encourage those who normally don't leave reviews to write one. Have a pleasant day.

Anyone that had any thing bad to say; either didn’t have a strong case, doesn’t understand lay, or was rude to staff. My case isn’t finished yet, but everyone that works there seems nice and actually cares about their customers. Also, they call back in a reasonable time, unlike other law firms I had worked with. I wish I would have known about them for my wreck. I can’t thank them enough for how well they do business. Craig always seems to be a step ahead. I will always recommend Armstrong & Vaught. Also, shout out to Bonnie and Heather they are always great to deal with as well!

Mr Armstrong has taking my case on and he called very polite and talked to me like I was human not some young kid I can tell hes very knowledgeable all the neg results ppl say... Is so not true u can tell by the way some one is telling u things over phn if they are knowledgeable and staff bonnie she very nice and gets back to me when I need her to and it may take a day or 2 but I understand in law firm business they stay busy but she gets back to me lets win good job guys

I never felt that Jim McGough was working for us. He was arrogant, unresponsive, and insensitive. His unwillingness or inability to act on our behalf cost us a great deal....in our own personal safety and financially. I could never recommend him for even the smallest job.

We hired Cathy after a failed adoption that had been devastating to our family. She told us that she knew she could win for us. We were very cautious to get our hopes up. But she did everything she said she would do. She always returned phone calls and e-mails quickly and she stayed on top of the case. She knew what she was doing and she knew the law. I appreciate her so much and would recommend her to anybody that has a Cherokee adoption case! She is definitely a winner!
