Great firm, great friends.

Called over to the office of Craig Armstrong referred by Tracy Tiernan, great guy btw, who told me was the best in OK. Before I could get anywhere the I was greeted with extremely rude customer service. The intake receptionist is extremely unprofessional. She didn’t hesitate to become argumentative over the phone and in my opinion is a bit immature if she believed i was being hateful. She told me I was being hateful and rude and tried to chastise me over the phone as if I was a child who spoke out of turn. I told her that was unacceptable and I didn’t need this and she told me have a good day. I had a back surgery and have been having major legal issues and only wanted a second opinion from an attorney other than my own. This is not about Craig Armstrong, yet his answering service/intake receptionist.

Armstrong and Vaught are lazy and will not work for you if it's not an easy case, stay away from these people, use someone that is more experienced and professional.

Do not allow Catherine Welsh to be appointed as your Guardian ad Litem. If you have child abuse in your case appoint a Public Defender to counter Catherine Welsh’s recommendations. A lawsuit was filed against Catherine Welsh for an elder Guardian case for not listening to the ward. Catherine will misconstrue information and make false statements without evidence to support it. Welsh does not conduct appropriate investigations. I worked with this firm on a family matter. They were responsive and did a great job working through the issues with myself and the other party. Catherine was especially wonderful to work with and got my family through a tough situation. Thank you!! I highly recommend using Welsh & McGough!
