I met Ashley Leavitt about a year ago and asked her to take my case. Last year I encountered a road bully who deliberately tried to keep me from moving through traffic. Eventually I was able to pass him yet when I did he sped up to rear end me... The cop didn't ticket him, he wrote the report sighting him NOT at fault, I guess they had a bro moment... and the insurance company denied my claim. Ashley didn't give up! She filed suit, and went after the creep that hit me. She finally nabbed him and served him with a subpoena. I feel like the ONLY reason it took a year to settle was because the police report was wrong and this guy kept dodging being served. Once he was served it took only 3 months to handle it! She kept me in the loop with every development and really worked hard at negotiating the settlement. I am VERY pleased with my representation and recommend her as an attorney.
