Had a problem since day 1. My attorney was late to my first court date, never met the man in my life. He kinda listened to what I wanted. Never heard another word from him or the office, and everytime I called to "give an update" I was charged $65. I never talked to my lawyer, different paralegal every single time. Only advised of my negative balance 1 time. After 1 1/2 year (still married btw) finally had a court date to "enforce visitation" somehow the biggest thing we talked about was not the visitation, but what property I would relinquish to my ex. It was never explained why i had to pay a volunteer for mediation, and not use my lawyer for free. It seemed like the safety of my child was not taken into consideration AT ALL. I was never given any kind of details about each "meeting" my lawyer had regarding my case. But was told to pay for services. Never explanation of services. Communication is lack on their end for sure
