I really loved how this firm worked on my case but specifically Vicky Garcia. She kept me informed and felt me feel sure that this firm had my back. I’m dad of two kids that I had not seen since last summer and now I am transitioning week on and week off and I am so thankful to God and to this firm I highly recommend them. By far the WORST experience I have ever had. Over the course of 4 weeks, my attorney put in "4 hours" and wants 1,000 for a 'flat fee' for work he never completed. Brian Carter is a scam artist, and is not 'Wirth' the time, cost, or headache. Mr. Carter has been reported to the Bar where I have noted I will testify as a witness against him. All emails and phone calls were recorded, every detail from him telling me he really wants to get off the phone and go home for an early weekend, to him saying 'idk, maybe talk to the prosecutor.' Brian carter provided NO representation. I have never met him, never seen him, and barely heard him. I have numerous phone calls to the law firm to reach him, because he did not make himself available to calls or texts. Finally, upon firing him and asking for an explanation of charges, Mr. Carter waited over two weeks to finally send an invoice, in which the prices are zerod out and a 'flat fee' charge or $1,000 is inputted. I will be taking Mr. Carter to small claims court over this issue. I hope you have all of your ducks in a row, because you violated our contract and you have no leg to stand on for the claim of service. Get wrecked Brian Carter, you are a scam artist and you deserve every investigation coming your way. -------------------- Worthless Lawfirm blocked me on all social media for exposing them. Thank you so much to Vicky Garcia for helping me with my divorce. It was such a hard process for me but Vicky made me feel safe and secure and explained the whole process to me as we went.
