I have used Ted Sherwood to mediate multiple matters. He is always well prepared, professional and works hard to get the case resolved. I highly recommend using Ted as a mediator.

Ted was the chosen mediator in two of our big truck injury cases. Ted has years of experience litigating injury cases and it shows in his mediation skills. It was apparent the insurance adjusters in both cases were impressed with Ted's experience and that went a long ways towards getting the cases settled. The second case showcased Ted's tenacity. The case did not settle during the initial mediation, but Ted remained involved and through his follow up efforts and involvement over the next couple of months the parties were able to resolve the case. I can recommend Accord and Ted's mediation services without reservation.
