Ted Sherwood mediated a business dissolution/family business breakup for my clients in the spring of 2020. This was a very emotional issue for my clients in addition to the contractual issues. Ted stayed the course, allowed everyone to vent and took the time to allow everyone to evaluate various scenarios. Ultimately, an agreement was reached and executed. I would highly recommend Ted Sherwood and his mediation team.

I've participated in a number of Ted's meditations over many years. He has always been prepared and actively engaged with all of the parties. Most of the cases settled. However, even in the instances where cases didn't settle, I've felt that my time was used productively. He does top flight work.

Our firm recently had a mediation conducted by Ted Sherwood. Everything about the mediation was positive. He listened, learned and had a command of case facts. He was knowledgeable and respected enough to carry significant influence on the parties. He was very straight-forward about everything said and done. He got us within striking distance during the scheduled mediation time and continued working thereafter. The case got resolved. Client happy!

Ted Sherwood is very professional. He was able to get a difficult case settled. Parking was a bit of problem for my client and the client's mentioned not having a lot of snacks but those are side issues to me. I would definitely use Ted in the future, he has always be professional, very competent and relates well to my clients.

Ted Sherwood did a fantastic job of mediating a case that, quite frankly, I did not think had even a slim chance of settling. His knowledge of the caselaw in the area was impressive and his issue spotting was right on. Ted patiently kept pushing until an agreement was reached.
