Ok so whoever is in need of a great attorney look no further. Clint Hastings with Wirth Law is probably the best attorney you can get in a custody case as a man. If you want to know what a good attorney looks like hire Clint Hastings. He will listen he will communicate with you honestly .(whether or not you like what he has to say) it will be the truth. Josh in billing is emphatic and for that reason is a great asset to the company. He really tries to find a solution for you. You would have to look 24/7 365 days a year for multiple years to find a better group of people. Impressed is an understatement.

This Law Firm, has showed ZERO integrity and REFUSES to refund my Retainer Fee! Literally have STOLEN my money! I signed a contract with the Okmulgee Wirth Law Office-Attorney Jay Bills, and not only did he give my case to his RETIRED mother who doesn't even work for Wirth Law Firm. After 6 months of no services being rendered, per my contract, Jay refused to return any of my calls and or texts. He never even made me aware of the client portal I was supposed to have access too. In January of 2024, I finally emailed the owner of the Wirth Law Firm, Mr. James Wirth, requesting the return of my fee, and the disrespectful business practices that were happening under his name. I then received a sudden call from Jay Bills, apologizing and making empty promises and excuses. I fired this Firm, and have been trying to get my money back- AND THEY ARE STILL REFUSING. They won't return any of my calls, and or emails. NEVER do business with Jay Bills at the Okmulgee Office (or any other for that matter) My experience with him is that of a Used Car salesman who only cares about saying what it takes to fatten his wallet.
