Watch his videos. They are great. But when he says, "Call me" or "Come see me," realize you will NEVER see him except on TV. He hires third rate subcontracting attorneys who do all kinds of different legal work and not usually having any specialty in what you need and you don't find out until after you sign the contract. The construction attorney I ended up with came to a PO hearing on TEAMS late asking if the other person was there. I was later told that they hope other people aren't there so they take your down payment and don't have to do any real work. The Paralegal was familiar with my case, but the attorney (although I was told he was going to be very familiar with it), Brian Carter, had no idea what was going on. He started out asking questions that had nothing to do with it and the Judge (who has dementia herself) had to correct him. He then said he had to leave and left me with a paralegal who was only too happen to talk for two hours about how great this worthless Brian Carter is. NO attorney here ever returns a phone call or speaks to you. If you call attorneys, record everything. It is legal and ask if they use paralegals or if you will speak to the attorney because no one talks to each other or listens to each other. The Opposing Counsel kept sending things to the wrong Brian Carter and I couldn't get anyone to give her the correct address so dismissed them and went even further downhill with useless crooks with GPD. Try to find a one person legal firm where the attorney works directly with you. The PO Judge is still a loon with dementia who laughs this shrill laugh all the time even though nothing is funny (this is a type of bipolar dementia I believe) and ignores actual law and makes decisions based on whatever people say and is dumb enough to believe sociopaths over highly stressed people telling the truth.

They did get my fine reduced but the communication was awful.

These guys took $3500 from me, terrible communication, did not read anything involving my case. They were there to just show up and take my money. What a waste! Stay away from these phonies. They billed me for $1800 more before withdrawing from representation, for basically doing nothing. So they are wanting a total of $5300 for doing nothing!! I’m a mother of 3 suing for child support, their dead-beat dad left the country for 2 years. Taking money from a single mother of 3, that’s as low as low gets…. scum bags!!
