If I could give this practice a zero I would. So very unprofessional. I emailed a ticket to them as requested and never heard back. When I called to check the status 2 weeks later I was informed they don’t handle that County. Never received an email back or a phone call. I asked why haven’t I heard back the receptionist response was “oh sometimes we call and sometimes we don’t.”
