I had a less-than-ideal encounter with a speed trap—I didn't realize they'd knocked down the speed limit because of some construction work. I popped my ticket details onto the firms website and got a ring from Aaron. Straight up, he said based on my situation, it would be simplest to just cough up the fine. Even gave that advice free of charge, which I thought was pretty decent. After a few days of thinking, I decided I really couldn't deal with the drama of a court appearance. So, I hit him up again, asking if he could take it from here, attendance in the courtroom included. Aaron was on board with it. Got an invoice by email, I paid, and the guy really kept his end up. He was all over the court date changes, keeping me posted every step of the way. When it was all said and done, Aaron had my charge reduced, so I was facing a smaller fine, and no damage to my record. Honestly, it was about as painless an experience as you're gonna get with this stuff. Worth checking out.
