Brian Huddleston was very helpful to me. I called and talked to him about the issues I was having with my landlord and property manager. He was very quick to point out that since I was being refused a copy of my lease that myblanlord was in violation of the law. He gave me advice and told me what I needed to do and I was successful in getting what I needed done. If in the future I need to hire an attorney I will hiring Brian Huddleston to help me with my case. Thankyou Mr. Huddleston!

I was a walk-in in a pretty desperate legal situation. When I walked in, I was greeted by the office assistant. She was friendly and immediately helped me out. Brian gave me free legal advice as to which direction I needed to go to file an appeal for an eviction and explained in detail how to write the document out. I went to him for advice and he went above and beyond his way to try to help me. He made calls right away and asked questions for me regarding the situation I was in. I called Mr Huddleston at about 745 pm, and he answered and was willing to speak with me for quite some time. Probably around 30 minutes or more. He answered all of my questions, provided me with what I needed to do, and gave me some tips and pointers. I will recommend Mr Huddleston to anyone I hear that needs Tenant/Landlord legal help. I will definitely keep in touch with him until my issue has been fully resolved.

I had a few quick questions for Brian regarding a commercial rental issue and tenant/landlord rights. Even though I write far too much and I'm sure he had to spend a bit of time reading the emails I had sent him between myself and my landlord, Brian responded the same day and merely considered my questions to be an initial consultation from a billable perspective. Many lawyers would have taken a few days to respond, but Brian reached out to my initial request within two hours. Should I ever need more full-fledged representation for real estate concerns, I'll definitely be contacting Brian.

**This is my very first google review**Brian was so helpful in giving me legal advice regarding mold growing in my apartment and my apartments lack of action and refusal to take care of the situation. He read me my rights as a tenant and guided me in what steps to take next. He spent 25 minutes on the phone with me, answering all of my questions and sharing his knowledge with me. Brian deserves 6 stars!
