Just finished a conversation with Brian and could not have had a better call. He is very helpful, answered all of my questions, and will be handling my situation. Brian was easy to talk with and attentive.

He is the only attorney that I ever met, that doesn't price gouge! Also, he always returns my phone call and emails, often the same day. My experience was terrible! I built a home with the help of a realtor. The realtor made myself and the builder upset by trying to make sure he would get his commission regardless what I decided on the home. I had no issue with the realtor getting a commission from the builder but told the realtor I no longer wanted to work him going forward with a build due to his behavior. I contacted Brian to write a letter saying the commission was between the realtor and the builder and I was not standing in the way. The letter was just something I wanted to make sure it didn’t come back on me. The realtor was stalking my house during the build process to see when it was finished. The realtor then sent me and Brian an email wanting one of us to respond so he would have documentation that we said he should receive a commission. How did the realtor know Brian was even contacted by me? Especially since the letter was just a CYA I wanted knowing the behavior of this realtor. Well Brain confessed he called the realtor and told him this letter was in my possession! I did NOT ask Brian to call this realtor, ever! The letter was just incase the builder wanted to come back on me if they didn’t want to pay the commission. Very unprofessional and caused the headache I paid him to prevent! Would not recommend.

I was referred to Brian Huddleston by the Tulsa Bar Association, for a real estate related consultation. Mr. Huddleston was great. He spent much long time with me than the consultation agreement called for. I learned a lot from him. I found his "style" to be low stress, conducive to a good discussion. I will definitively go to him for future real estate related matters.

Brian called me back promptly and gave me lots of helpful advice. For free. Right on the phone. He saved me a lot of unnecessary steps and pointed me in the right direction. I will certainly retain him and I recommend him highly.

As a member of our neighborhood covenants committee, I contacted Brian regarding the updating of our covenants. He was very knowledgeable and helped our HOA revise, reword language and ultimately supervise our voting to pass the needed changes. He also led us through the process of getting these new covenants filed with the city. I, as well as our Board of Directors have been very pleased with Brian's integrity, expertise and willingness to answer all questions and we would heartily recommend him.
