Casey Baxter and the whole team is incredible. They have killer team who will work endlessly to help you out. Starting with my first call with Casey he assured me he would find an edge to help me beat a DUI case. He then went out and got the DAs office to not file the charge. If you're looking for a reliable lawyer in Deschutes county I highly recommend going with Casey and his team!

I recently had a need for legal representation here in Deschutes County to address what i considered a very seriuos charge. Hiring Baxter Harder was a tragedy for our family. This is the McDonald's of law firms. It's fast food. They had our family law case for 2 years. Joe Harder and Mariah Mudgett totally destroyed a winnable case with sloppy work, bad advice and idiotic strategy. They abused us financially. A case estimated to cost 30K, cost close to 100K. At no point did they succeed in any way. In the end, my kids went to live with an abusive parent. My daughter became suicidal. She is not the same child anymore. We are living a nightmare. Joe Harder and Mariah lied to cover up judicial misconduct so as not to impact their own interest. I left the relationship seeing Joe Harder as nothing more than a cocky, ADD riddled, paid professional lying, coward. They weren't tough. They weren't well prepared. They didn't even know how to use the copious amounts of evidence to our advantage.
