I'm so glad that I selected Joe Harder to help me in my effort to have my spousal support obligation finally terminated and I'm happy to say that we were successful in that endeavor! But, even had we lost, I still would feel that Joe did everything within his power as my attorney to represent my case in the strongest manner possible which I feel says a lot. That's because throughout the litigation, Joe was extremely professional every step of the way. This includes his efforts in building the strongest possible case on my behalf, maintaing excellent communication with me about what to expect at each turn of the litigation process, his timely and thorough responses to any questions that I had, the depth of his preparation leading up to the hearing and ultimately, his excellent courtroom presentation at the final hearing. I found Joe's unwavering belief in the merits of my case to be heartening, especially at times of adversity, and it helped sustain my belief that ultimately we would prevail in court which we did! I also want to extend my appreciation to Heath Hattaway and Nicole Mitchell for their very capable assistence on my case. Joe, Heath and Nicole made a great team and they lived up to the firm's very appropriate motto of "Your fight is our fight." There actions certainly proved that to be true!

I had a phone consult, went well. Then when the time came to retain the lawyer I spoke with, I left a message for the general receptionist, and she said she would leave a message for that attorney 's paralegal. Then I left another message the next day. No one ever got back to me, and this lawyer knew what was up. I had only 30 hours since it was an emergency case. And they STILL have not gotten back to me. Terrible client service, I would not recommend. My response: that's because my legal name is Jessica Wells. I talked to the receptionist, who said she left a note for James on 9/5. I called on 9/6 and left a voice mail and still, no one has returned my call. I could have lost my child waiting on your practice to get back to me. My attorney was Nathan, who I was wanting to retain. I left a very detailed message. Please refund my consultation fee.

We would highly recommend Daniel Olsen and Gretchen Buskuhl with Baxter Harder for navigating the steps to as positive as outcome as possible with a DUII/Reckless Driving charges. Dan was able to get the Reckless Driving dropped and our son into diversion quickly as well as he won the DMV hearing. Both Dan and Gretchen were very responsive in answering any questions and helped us understand all of the steps along the way.
