I hired David a few years ago to help me with my divorce and custody case. Needless to say, everything turned out better than I expected. My ex wife is an alcoholic and was extremely unreasonable. David was able to navigate through the complication of my divorce and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Through the entire process, David was always extremely confident and honest, even when I didn't want to hear what he had to say. The craziest thing was everything that David predicted is the exact way things played out. He seemed to be able to always anticipate things and have a solution to every situation. David is also very knowledgeable of the law which is probably the most important thing when looking for an attorney. I have a medical retirement which my ex was trying to take half of, David was able to help me keep my full retirement by citing case law and showing my retirement was not an asset and therefore was not to be split. In mediation he drafted an entire program for my ex to have visitation as long as she quit drinking. The offer was so well written her and her attorney pretty much accepted the first offer. He also drafted an offer for the finances with the same result. He seemed to be able to anticipate what they would want and sent an offer that was also basically accepted with the exception of a few changes. I would highly recommend David and anyone he works with in his office, as I would fully trust his judgement and confidence with his referrals.
