David, Sam, Chris, and the entire team have done excellent work for my family and I dealing with a child custody case. They came highly recommended and we couldn't be more pleased with this firm. We began working with David Haskett in December 2021 for custody of our granddaughter. After failing in an earlier custody attempt in Colorado, we contacted David in Bend, OR, since my granddaughter relocated there. The first time we talked to David he immediately wanted to take our case and encouraged us to stay the course, understanding that we were extremely discouraged from our previous case. During the fourteen months of hearings and several trips to Oregon from Colorado, David and his team worked tirelessly to see our case succeed. After several hearings with various judges--and even after we were unsuccessful in some hearings--we were finally awarded sole custody in March of this year 2023. This was due entirely to David's and his team's relentless efforts to win the case. Over the years we have worked with several attorneys on many different issues but we have never had an attorney like David Haskett, a man who took our case personally and who was committed to winning our case no matter what it took. Our legal system would be much better served if it had more attorneys who cared half as much as David did for his clients.
